But it can be tough finding a spot that will satisfy toddlers, tweens and teens alike. However, our three Orlando vacation rentals are the perfect option no matter what ages your younger guests might be.

Typical Orlando resorts can be good options, but opting for a private rental home provides you with more privacy and allows your entire group to relax and spend time together at any hour of the day or night. We often host large groups of family or friends traveling together and these groups include kids in a wide range of ages. Our homes are designed to provide fun options for guests from 1 to 101 and beyond.

Babies & Toddlers

Babies and toddlers can be a tough group to accommodate. If you opt for Orlando Resorts, family vacations often end up with the parents of very young children having to retreat to their guest rooms early in the evening to put the babies down to sleep. After all, you wouldn't simply leave a baby or toddler alone in a hotel room, but it does tend to limit your fun. With a vacation rental, a parent can put their child to sleep and simply return and enjoy the company of friends and family with the peace of mind that comes from staying in a private, self-contained home. Younger Children

Children from about age 4 to 9 are bundles of energy and our luxury vacation rentals offer plenty of amazing activities that will help them burn off energy. Each of our rentals includes a swimming pool with a waterslide and our grounds also feature activities such as a human bowling game, a giant outdoor soccer billiards table, playgrounds, a giant Candyland game, a mini golf course and more.

Inside, there are amenities such as board games, pinball machines, vintage video games, Xbox & PlayStation, a home theater with tons of family-friendly titles, giant ball pits and more. Rain or shine, your younger children will be thrilled with all of the exciting activities available at our luxury Orlando rentals. Additionally, we are a short drive from all of the fun of Orlando, including theme parks, water parks, zoos and much more.

Tweens & Teens

Tweens and teens need less supervision and definitely want to be free to do their own thing. These age groups will enjoy our amazing swimming pools as well as our volleyball, tetherball and basketball courts. Mini golf and trampolines are other options that older kids will enjoy. Inside, they can play video games, watch movies, enjoy some karaoke, try out an escape room, navigate a laser maze or just relax and enjoy a house with plenty of Wi-Fi.

While the myriad of activities are sure to please everyone, another great reason to select one of our rentals includes the many conveniences our homes include that you just won't find at Orlando resorts. Family vacations should be as stress-free as possible, and our homes include large, fully-equipped kitchens where you can prepare snacks and meals. While eating out can be fun, trying to load up multiple families and head out for breakfast, lunch and dinner can be exhausting and sometimes it's just nice to be able to fix a meal or just lay out a bunch of snacks and relax in the privacy of your vacation rental. We can even provide you with a list of great caterers if you'd like to have a few meals prepared by someone else.

Our homes also include at least 10 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Too often, people are crammed in three or four-bedroom rentals with guests overflowing into all of the common areas, but our homes provide plenty of space, easily accommodating anywhere from 45 to 52 guests.
