While this section provides answers to some of our most commonly asked questions, there are also a few other questions that we hear quite often. We thought we'd take a moment to address a few of these questions and provide you with some helpful answers.

1. How Far Are You From Theme Parks?

While many of our guests have no intention of spending the day with Mickey and friends, many guests do come to us hoping to enjoy a few days at one of the fabulous theme parks Orlando offers. Our three spectacular Orlando vacation rentals are located just outside of the metro area in the beautiful town of Clermont. The area's major theme parks range from about 35 to 45 minutes from our luxury rentals. Of course, once you and your guests see all that our Orlando vacation rentals have to offer, a trip to a crowded theme park might not seem as enticing as spending the day enjoying all the activities at your rental property.

2. Are Children Allowed?

Absolutely! In fact, our homes are ideal for kids of all ages. Whether your children are still among the diaper set or cruising into their teenage years, there's a little something for everyone at our Orlando vacation rentals. We can even help you find local places to rent items such as cribs, so you won't have to drag your portable crib along with you, which can be quite cumbersome, especially if you are flying into our fair city.

We've designed our three Orlando vacation rentals to appeal to guests of all ages, from 1 to 101 and beyond. Each home has plenty of outdoor and indoor activities and whether your guests want to lounge by the pool, head out for some bass fishing, challenge someone to a karaoke battle or enjoy a unique game of human foosball, we can offer you all of this and much, much more.

3. Is There Daily Maid Service?

Unlike hotels, Orlando vacation rentals typically do not include daily maid service. We want to provide you with complete privacy so we simply ensure that each rental home is spotless prior to your arrival. We stock the homes with plenty of towels, both for the bathrooms and for use at each home's lavish swimming pools. Additionally, we do have washers and dryers in case you need to wash or dry some towels or, of course, any of your own personal clothing.

4. Do You Supply Movies & Games?

Each of our Orlando vacation rentals includes a home theater as well as gaming consoles such as Xbox or PlayStation. We include many movies and games in each home, for guest use. If you have a specific game or movie that you truly want to use, you can either call us and ask about a specific title or simply bring it with you. Generally speaking, we have a pretty wide selection of titles aimed to please most audiences, so while you might bring along one or two of your children's favorites, our goal is always to reduce the amount of "stuff"that guests need to bring with them. Of course, we also have classic video game machines and pinball machines for you and your guests to enjoy.

5. What's The Weather Like?

While some of our guests come from other parts of Florida and nearby states such as Georgia or Alabama, others come from much farther away and are unfamiliar with the climate in the Orlando area. During our peak season, which runs from late May until about the end of August, you can expect temperatures to hover in the low 90s. From November to early March, temperatures tend to say in the 70s, and April and May tend to stay in the 80s. Orlando tends to have its rainiest weather from June to September and winters are relatively dry. If you do find yourself facing a rainy day, guests at our Orlando vacation rentals can simply relax inside their spacious mansion and enjoy the myriad of indoor amenities.

6. Are Pets Allowed?

While we are unable to accept most cats due to allergy issues, dogs may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. We do charge a $25 per day fee for each pet that you bring along. If you wish to bring your polite pooch to one of our Orlando vacation rentals, give us a call and we can discuss the details. Most well-behaved dogs will be fine and are sure to love long walks on our extensive properties.
