The Private Dock on Lake Walsh

A quiet natural lake with nobody else on it.

The estate sits on the shore of Lake Walsh, a nice-sized natural Central Florida lake with plenty of bass and catfish. The homes around it are spread so far apart you would almost never see anyone else from the Great Escape’s peaceful spot on its shore. The entire lake is quiet and serene, and it is large enough that rowing around it is a real outing. The estate provides kayaks, canoes, and a pedal boat, all at no additional charge, along with oars, life vests, and a few fishing poles. The freshwater lake is extremely peaceful: guests often spot sandhill cranes and other gorgeous birds. Fish as much as you like, or just sit back, watch, and listen to nature while finally feeling away from it all.
