A day or two before arrival they reach out to answer last-minute questions and arrange to meet you on-site, where you get a full detailed tour of the estate and a walkthrough of the electronics and pool. Throughout your stay, help is a call, text, or email away all day and most of the evening, and the assistance does not end when you check out.
