A horseshoe island much larger than it looks in photos, featuring a large high-end grill, refrigerators, a sink, an ice machine, and a dishwasher, with plenty of counter space, cooking utensils, and service for about 100 guests. Around the grill and pool there is seating for approximately 45, folding tables and chairs for another 20, and guests hosting larger events can rent extra seating and host up to 115 people outdoors. Each stay includes one full tank of propane, with refills available locally.
