How the weekend tends to go

Most couples book multiple nights, and many book a full week: stay 7 nights or more and the event fee is waived entirely. Up to 150 guests can join for the day, and there is a bed for 52 of your people, two of them in a ball pit.

Arrival & setup

Check in with an on-site tour, set the tent and décor at your own pace, and walk the ceremony spot under the oaks. Dinner with the early arrivals, no morning-of scramble.

The ceremony

Five gated acres

Vows under the oak trees or beside the ice cream cone pool. No strangers, no other events: the gates close and the estate is only yours.

The celebration

Under the lights

Cocktail hour by the world’s only ice cream cone pool, dinner on the deck for 55 or under a tent on the lawn, in the layout you want. Your caterer, your vendors, your timeline, with outdoor music until 9pm.

The night is yours

When the last song ends, the karaoke nightclub, two arcades, laser tag and the campfire stay open. Everyone sleeps steps away in 11 candy-themed bedrooms.

FAQs

Do we have to stay overnight to host a wedding?

Yes. Weddings run alongside a reservation at the estate, a minimum of 3 nights. There is no day-only option.

Do we need to approve our event details?

Yes. Every celebration is a hosted event. Share your dates and headcount with us, and our team will help you structure the right reservation.

Can day guests attend the reception?

Absolutely. While the estate sleeps 52 overnight, your celebration can welcome up to 150 guests for the day. Gatherings of 56 or more carry an event fee and a 1-day event insurance policy.

Where do our guests stay?

Wedding parties reserve the entire estate: a bed for all 52 guests across 11 candy-themed bedrooms, two buildings inside the gated grounds.

Can we have a bigger wedding?

Stay at the Sweet Escape and hold the ceremony and reception next door at Bridlewood Ranch, a lakefront venue with a bridal salon, a groom’s room and an event hall for up to 200, a 3 to 4 minute walk from our gate. Mention you are staying with us and ask about package incentives.

Are we required to use specific vendors?

No. Your layout, your caterer, your vision. We keep a list of approved local vendors for tables, tents, chairs, planning, music and food, and if you have someone else in mind, just let us know.

Can we tour the estate prior to booking?

We encourage it. Tours run on guest-transition days while the house is unoccupied and take 40 to 60 minutes. Contact us and we will find a slot that works.

When does the music have to stop?

Outdoor music ends at 9pm and quiet hours run from 9:30pm to 9am. Inside, the karaoke nightclub is yours.
